Description: "Cannabis Qualified Parcels identifies sites that may meet the proposed updated zoning regulations for a cannabis storefront. These regulations are tentatively scheduled for consideration of the City Council on June 13, 2023.This data is based on an evaluation of the site’s zoning and identification of potential nearby sensitive uses as of May 5, 2023. Please be aware that the City does not have complete data regarding locations of all sensitive uses, especially for locations that may be categorized as a youth center. This data identifies locations that may constitute a youth center; however, each specific location requires further investigation to determine if it meets the definition in California Health and Safety Section 11353.1. For this reason, this data does not eliminate sites based on these potential youth center locations. All sites identified on this map require further investigation to formally determine eligibility."
