description:	<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>This dataset contains the known locations of the project areas that contain stormwater treatment control measures (TCM) installed at new and redevelopment projects in San Jose, CA. Project boundaries are based on parcel APNs and/or Public Works project 3-dash numbers. The locations and attributes are processed automatically on a nightly basis from the IPACS database owned by ESD. Any changes to the values of this dataset should be made in IPACS. The collection of this information is conducted as a part of the reporting and monitoring effort as part of the New and Redevelopment Provision (C.3) of the MRP. This dataset was first developed for GIS use in 2022. This data should be used internally to demonstrate compliance with the MRP. </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>The data gets updated daily.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
