  • Cannot be a mobile home or RV park<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI>

  • Cannot be prime farmland, wetlands, habitat for protected species, or conservation lands<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI>

  • Site cannot be occupied by deed restricted affordable housing and rent controlled housing<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI><\/UL>
